Same thing here, I live in a non EU country and I also got the 20% VAT added to the invoice (# SYSFR52790). Can anyone from Soyoustart or OVH take a look into it?

Hello,

I have an activated SYS account with successful VAT removal since I am not in EU. The first invoice is fine without VAT charge. However for renewal invoice, it shows there is 20% VAT. Can please SYS members check? My SYS account is lt64649-sys and the renewal bill is SYSFR56340
