It's not a bug, it's a feature
Your hard drives probably are in RAID 1, that's why your system only "sees" one partition ... and that's exactly the way it should be. Have a look here if you don't know what it is.

Hello ,
i received my server with only 2 TB Hard disc
the other hard is missed
till now , have no idea where is the support
or how to contact them
i opened 2 contact us tickets , past few days , received no response till now
kindly check my problem , it's the first time to order from soyoustart and didn't expect that issues !!!
